The Personal Assistant is responsible performing secretarial work and provide management with day-to-day personal administrative support. In this role, the jobholder is responsible for managing diary, scheduling appointments, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of management. Personal Assistant is also required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • . Manage complex diary commitments, ensure all conflict are resolved in a timely manner.
  • . Acting as a point of contact, provide efficient and effective administrative support to “” including managing emails, correspondence, and calls.
  • . Coordinate, organize, and attend meetings.
  • . Prepare agendas.
  • . Maintain an efficient fling and activity system, ensuring all files are up to date and properly labeled.
  • . Actively updating revenue, payment & invoice records.
  • . Coordinate and maintain contact data base, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • . Arrange travel and hotel reservations, preparing itineraries and ensuring that all arrangement are timely and cost effective.
  • . Assist “ “ as necessary with personal and administrative tasks.
  • . Dealing with personal matters including flights, banking, housing, and other private matters.
  • . Organizing events and personal affairs including management of cars, property, personal shopping & etc.

Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

  • . Female South African European or US Nationality.
  • . Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • . Willingness to travel.
  • . 1-2 years of work experience as operations executive or related position.
  • . Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • . Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with continuous updates to the higher management.
  • . Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to details.
  • . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • . Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • . Exceptional etiquette and impeccable work ethic.
