Duties
Preparation of pastry items from the pastry section, as well as other items as needed.
To observe Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
To assist the Sous Chef as well as the Executive Chef to check the completeness of all suppliers’ deliveries and the correctness of their invoices
Requirements:
Matric & a formal qualification
At least 2 years’ experience as a pastry chef
Willing to work shifts
