Our client seeks a skilled Pastry Chef to enhance their dessert menu and sweeten their guests’ stay.
Position Overview: A La Carte Pastry Chef
Design, prepare, and execute exquisite desserts aligning with our client’s culinary standards. Use your skills to craft appealing treats that impress guests both visually and gastronomically. Collaborate with the entire team for seamless dining, upholding our client’s excellent culinary reputation.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative dessert menus catering to diverse preferences.
Present high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe pastry kitchen.
Collaborate with the culinary team for harmonious service.
Innovate to enhance dessert offerings.
Manage the pastry kitchen operations and inventory.
Qualifications:
Proven Pastry Chef with a la carte focus.
Culinary degree or relevant pastry qualification.
Artistic skills in presentation and decoration.
Proficient in diverse pastry techniques.
Organizational and multitasking prowess.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Effective communication and teamwork.
