As the Outlet Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing the team, maintaining high standards of service, controlling inventory, and fostering a competent and motivated workforce.

Description:

• Strategic planning to deliver outlet business goals
• – Motivating and coaching team members
• – Effective decision-making and problem-solving
• – Continuous training and development
• – Performance analysis and review for improvement

You need;

• – Expertise in food and beverage costing
• – In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products
• – Specialized beverage knowledge, including wine and coffee
• – Team planning and operational management skills
• – Experience in product development and stock control
• – Proficiency in computer systems, preferably Micros/Opera

Requirements:

• Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level
• 5-6 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability for shifts
• Physical ability to move equipment
• Willingness to work in alternative outlets as needed
