Duties & Responsibilities:

• This person needs to be all hands-on deck to ensure the restaurant is running well
• Creating and maintaining the ambience required by the brand
• Managing and monitoring Stock
• Stock counts daily (Prep) and weekly (Bulk)
• Managing and motivating staff / training etc.
