Busy and beautiful destination venue in JHB South is urgently seeking the skill and services of a Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage services offered throughout the business as
well as related guest services through effective direction, leadership and supervision.
Continually maintain & exceed all standards of service, guest satisfaction & staff development.
Develop an environment within these areas, which encourages employees to be happy, motivated & proud of the products and services provided
by them, resulting in a joyful, memorable, relaxed and professional event for the guest.
Develop a loyal following amongst guests, thus increasing business and furthering the hotel’s reputation of providing a quality experience.
16(2)- Responsible for all Health & Safety matters relating to F&B outlets, including procurement process, signing off on
Contractors agreements and investigating Health & Safety issues where needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree, Business and or Marketing/ Public Relations or Hospitality
Management
5 Years in Hotel Operations Role
Package & Remuneration
R35 000 – R40 000 Depending on experience
Shift Work
Weekend Work
Public Holiday Work
