Night Chef – Luxury 4* Hotel – Umhlanga
Join the culinary team of a prestigious 4-star hotel in the stunning coastal town of Umhlanga, Kwazulu-Natal. Our client is renowned for luxury and exceptional guest experiences, offering a refined dining environment that captures both local flavours and international flair. Our client is currently seeking a skilled Night Chef to enhance their night-time offerings and ensure a delightful start to their guests’ mornings.
Position Overview:
As a Night Chef at our client’s hotel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during the night. If room service is required, you’ll take on the role of an a la carte chef, preparing exquisite dishes tailored to guest preferences. Additionally, you’ll prepare for the upcoming breakfast service, ensuring a seamless transition for the early risers.
Responsibilities:
Craft high-quality dishes for room service, adhering to a la carte standards.
Prepare for breakfast service, ensuring a fresh start to the day.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols.
Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold our client’s culinary reputation.
Execute culinary excellence during night-time hours.
