As a Mixologist / Bartender, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delightful beverage experiences for our clients guests. With your extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and flavor profiles, you will elevate our clients bar offerings and leave a lasting impression on our clients discerning clientele. Responsibilities:

Develop an enticing and innovative cocktail menu that reflects the local flavors, current trends, and preferences of our clients guests.
Craft a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Provide personalized recommendations to guests, offering insights into flavor profiles, ingredients, and suitable pairings.
Maintain a clean and organized bar station, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked and readily available.
Stay updated with industry trends, new spirits, and mixology techniques, continuously expanding your knowledge and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the bar.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service practices, to ensure the well-being of our guests.
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to create harmonious food and cocktail pairings for special events and themed evenings.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and maintaining par levels of beverage supplies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end hotel, upscale bar, or renowned cocktail establishment.
In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
Demonstrated ability to create unique and innovative cocktails, with a strong understanding of flavor combinations and balance.
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with bar equipment and a keen eye for cleanliness and detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
Passion for mixology and a willingness to experiment and explore new trends.
