Description:

• Drive MICE sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to attract MICE business, ensuring a steady pipeline of events.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of conferences, meetings, and exhibitions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business deals for the hotel.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event planning process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful MICE Sales Executive in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the MICE market, including current trends and key players.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
