Marketing Manager – Five-Star Luxury Hotel Group – Atlantic Seaboard

Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and enhance guest engagement.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies to ensure positive brand representation.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, both digital and print.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and designers, to produce high-quality marketing content.
  • Budget management and ROI analysis for all marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (preferable)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role within the luxury hospitality or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design software.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven track record of delivering results.
