Marketing Coordinator – Staffing Outsourcer – Johannesburg North

An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Co-Ordinator, based in JHB North, to join a large leading SA employer

DUTIES
 Involved in drafting Marketing Campaigns with CSMO
 Co Ordinating all Marketing collateral within both businesses
 Managing Stock (Ordering and issuing)
 Co-Ordinating all Advertising within both businesses and where necessary liaise with Social Media
 Work within budget parameters where required
 Co-Ordinate and proof all content for the monthly Internal Newsletter together with CSMO
 Co-Ordinate and proof all content for RFP magazines together with CSMO
 Arrange for timeous printing thereof.
 Co-Ordinate all Lounge advertising with outside agencies. (TVs, Web landing page & Backlit Boards) Packages
 Ensure all agreements are signed
 Ensure ACSA agreements are signed and distributed timeously
 Liaise with the publisher of Premier magazine ( quantities, Lounge personal content, deliveries monthly)
 Liaise with wine consultant regarding writeups in Premier Magazine Quarterly
 Liaise with wine consultant and Procurement on setting up wine tastings quarterly
 Liaise and assist HR with special events (Annual Awards, Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, Valentine’s day, Easter / Eid, etc)
 Co-Ordinate and where necessary attend any Trade Shows/Exhibitions representing the Businesses.
 Co-Ordinate end-of-year HQ lunches. Assist Ops Execs where necessary for regions lunches.
