A luxurious Guesthouse in the heart of Midrand is seeking a Manager to go through their Day to day management, running, planning and organising of the guesthouse, the property, events facilities, functions, including bookings and booking platforms when required. Ensure the property and guesthouse is maintained in a pristine condition and ensure cleanliness throughout the guesthouse

Description:

• Creating a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere for guests
• Becoming friendly with repeat visiting guests
• Manage the pressure and stress of peak seasons
• Menu planning to provide good food at reasonable costs
• Dealing with customer complaints

Requirements:

• Be able to work with all kinds of people
• SEMPER property management system (MUST HAVE)
• Have good communication skills
• Be very versatile
• Have organizational skills
• Be able to deal with unexpected situations
• National Senior Certificate
