Our client, a picturesque wedding venue nestled in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal, is renowned for its stunning views, historic charm, and exceptional service. They pride themselves on creating unforgettable wedding experiences and are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced management couple to join their team and uphold their high standards of service. This is a live-in position, with accommodation and meals provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee weddings and other events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
• Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to all guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Housekeeping Management: Ensure that all guest accommodations and common areas are impeccably maintained and cleaned.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate a team of staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and maintain the venue’s standards.
• Administrative Duties: Handle bookings, manage budgets, maintain records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promoting the venue through various channels, including social media, to attract new clients and maintain an excellent reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality or event management, preferably as a management couple.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Valid driver’s licenses.
• Ability to live on-site and work as a team.
