Large 3-Star Hotel in Umhlanga, KwaZulu Natal is looking for a Maintenance Manager that would be responsible for the up-keeping of the buildings, fixtures, furniture and equipment, landscaping and gardens, and recreational facilities, and basic utilities including water, sewerage, electricity within the hotel.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12
Min 5 Years experience as a Maintenance Manager
Knowledge and Certificates in Electrical Engineering
Exposure and knowledge of hotel aircons
Exposure and kknowldge of plumbing
Pervious hospitality background would be an advantage
Understanding on infrastracture and equipment
Inspections and routine maintenance
Computer Literate
