Our client, a prestigious luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape, is seeking a dynamic couple to fill two key positions at their Villa. These positions require individuals with exceptional hospitality experience and the ability to maintain the highest standards of service.

Description:

Villa Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 5-star luxury villa, ensuring impeccable service at all times.
• Utilize at least 3 years of experience in luxury villa or yacht management to maintain the villa’s high standards.
• Possess in-depth food and beverage knowledge, including wine expertise and cellar management.
• Display dynamic leadership skills by managing a team effectively and fostering a positive working environment.
• Maintain flexibility regarding leave and days off to accommodate the needs of the villa.
• Demonstrate proficiency in housekeeping, administration, and excellent communication skills.

Private Villa Chef:

• Utilize at least 3 years of experience in luxury villa, restaurant, or yacht culinary roles to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Hold a professional chef diploma and possess extensive knowledge of drinks and wine.
• Lead a production team and other villa chefs to ensure culinary excellence at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique requests of the villa’s owners.
• Showcase excellent communication and event planning skills, including menu planning and catering to specific family preferences.
• Maintain flexibility regarding leave and days off to meet the villa’s demands.
• Display strong administration skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Accommodation consists of a flatlet attached to the house with 2 en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms.
• Confidentiality regarding the villa’s ownership is paramount and will be discussed during the interview process.
