Luxury Villa Chef – Exclusive Lodge – Eastern Cape
Our client, a prestigious luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape, is seeking an exceptional Villa Chef to join their team at their Villa. This position offers the opportunity to showcase culinary expertise in a high-end private residence setting.
Description:
- Utilize at least 3 years of experience in luxury villa, restaurant, or yacht culinary roles to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Lead a production team and other villa chefs to ensure culinary excellence at all times.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique requests of the villa’s owners.
- Showcase excellent communication and event planning skills, including menu planning and catering to specific family preferences.
- Maintain flexibility regarding leave and days off to meet the villa’s demands.
- Display strong administration skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Requirements:
- Accommodation consists of a flatlet attached to the house with 2 en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms.
- Confidentiality regarding the villa’s ownership is paramount and will be discussed during the interview process.
