Lodge General Manager – Boutique Lodge – Hartbeespoort

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious lodge located in the picturesque setting of Hartebeespoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining the property, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Boutique Lodge Manager must have a strong background in social media marketing and possess excellent presentation skills to represent our lodge professionally.

Description:

  • – Manage day-to-day lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • – Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • – Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
  • – Cultivate positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
  • – Maintain the lodge’s appearance and facilities to uphold quality standards.
  • – Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management

Qualifications:

  • – Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a boutique lodge or hotel setting.
  • – Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • – Proficiency in social media marketing and online booking platforms.
  • – Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • – Knowledge of local attractions and activities in Hartebeespoort a bonus

  • – Experience with property management software.
