Position: Junior Sales Operations Manager – Direct Sales
Location: Johannesburg, Sandton
Salary: R18,000 – R20,000

Description:
Support the direct sales team in day-to-day operations.
Assist in managing sales processes and procedures.
Collaborate with senior sales managers to optimize sales strategies.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales performance.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.
Actively engage in learning and development opportunities to grow within the role.
Requirements:
Previous experience or internship in sales or sales operations is advantageous.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
