Junior Front of House Manager – Casual Dining – Kirstenbosch
Our Client, a 250 seater Casual dining restaurant in Kirstenbosch, which is open 365 days a year, is seeking the services of a Junior Front of House manager.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Must be able to work weekends & public holidays, off days as per roster
-Vibrant, fast paced environment – needs to be fit
-Must have at least 3 years of management experience to co-ordinate all restaurant operations – stock control, staff rosters, staff issues etc
-People person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to graciously handle customer concerns
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
-Computer literate
-Knowledge of social media platforms such as TripAdvisor and Facebook etc
-In-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software – cash up, days end, month end etc
-Drivers license and own reliable transport essential
-Recent contactable references – landline numbers preferable
-Permanent position to start immediately
–Salary R10000-R15000 per month based on experience
