We have a vacancy for an up and coming candidate who has strong management and organisational skills to assist the Manager and relieve in the various departments when necessary.  He/she needs to be highly presentable and well spoken, as the main focus of the job is taking care of guests.

We require a person who is knowledgeable and has general lodge experience in :

• General management
• Staff management
• Guest relations
• Kitchen management
• Event co-ordination
• Stock control
• Housekeeping
• Drivers License essential
• Own transport is advantageous

Position available immediately

This is a live-in position.  En-suite accommodation, all meals and laundry.
