Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience: Ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable and outstanding dining experience while maintaining impeccable service standards.
Team Leadership: Support the restaurant manager and help to lead the restaurant team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus.
Operational Excellence: Help to oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability, including gratuity management.

Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within a luxury dining establishment.
