Our client is a boutique hotel in LIBERIA. We are looking for an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to join the hotel team and manage all aspects of manpower operations.
Education: Minimum of a university degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or Human Resources.
Prior Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible supervisory Human Resources Management role.
Language Proficiency: Level IV English (fluent read/write/speak). Language proficiency will be tested.
Ability to deal with difficult employees.
Must demonstrate effective leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to deal with sensitive issues and dealing with confidential information.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
Strong team-working abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Flexibility to work split shift (if/when necessary).
