Well known, 5 Star Hotel in Cape Town area is looking to employ a Human Resource Assistant / Administrator to provide continuous assistance to managers and employees in the Company with respect to HR Policies and Procedures including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation, wellness and health and safety programs. Ensure that all employee files and other legislative aspects are beyond reproach.
Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational /Industrial Psychology or People Management.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position. Familiar with all legislature and amendments with regards to Human Resources (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA). Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 14 advantageous
Familiar with VIP Premier Payroll System. Valid Driver’s license. Level 2 minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
