HR Administrator – Portfolio of Hotels – North Coast, KZN

Join our clients as an HR Administrator for a portfolio of hotels based on the breathtaking North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. We’re seeking a skilled professional who can hit the ground running, managing HR administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. Description:

• Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks for a portfolio of hotels.
• Coordinate workforce skills development by handling Workplace Skills Plans (WSP’s) effectively.
• Monitor and manage the return on earnings within the HR department.
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR administrator role.
• Proven experience in dealing with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP’s) and return on earnings.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR administrative processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• Must be based on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and available to start immediately.
