HR Administrator – Luxury Destination Travel Company – Cape Town

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our client’s team at an established company in the hospitality industry. As a leading organization in their field, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional experiences to their guests and providing a supportive and engaging work environment for their employees.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and training records.
Process and administer employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support the recruitment process as needed.
Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, coordinating feedback sessions, and maintaining performance-related records.
Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
Assist with HR-related training and development initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal requirements and regulations regarding employee information and records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.
A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of R10,000 per month. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
