Description:

– Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

– Lead and inspire a dedicated team to maintain high service standards.

– Implement and uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures.

– Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.

– Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial experience in a luxury hotel.

– Proven experience as a General Manager / Hotel Manager in a luxury or 5* setting.

– Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

– Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.

– Ability to make quick decisions while maintaining attention to detail.

– Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

– Familiarity with hotel management software and system
