Great opportunity for a Hospitality Training Officer within a hospitality and accommodation group. The Hospitality trainer is responsible for creating training tools and operations manuals and delivering training programs on hospitality operations and customer service. They also conduct training classes demonstrating proper work techniques and practical skills in work settings.
strong writing and editing skills.
presentation skills and understand adult learning techniques.
The ability to inspire, motivate and demonstrate excellent customer skills and the value of the customer.
track employee training and produce training reports.
often design new training programs.
