We are looking for an experienced Senior Hospitality Lecturer, for a brand new chef school opening in Maun Botswana this year.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HOSPITALITY DEGREE (NOT DIPLOMA)
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE A HOSPITALITY RELATED DEGREE! (NOT A DIPLOMA BUT A DEGREE) in order to obtain a work permit
You will be at the forefront of a new school that will have the first intake of 120 students.
You will have all round hospitality and lecturing experience, and understand the latest techniques used in fine dining Kitchens and front of house operations
