As the Head Department Waiter/Waitress for this distinguished 5-star lodge, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing a team of three to uphold the pinnacle of excellence in the bar/restaurant.

Description:

• Inspire and lead the team to deliver flawless service within our opulent setting.
• Coordinate meticulous restaurant setups, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with the office to enhance guest experiences, curating exclusive activities like boma dinners, romantic evenings, and more.
• Work closely with the office to maintain premium standards in stock management.
• Assist in ordering beverages, tea, coffee, and other essentials to meet our luxury standards.
• Function as a team leader with polished communication and organizational skills.
• Execute standard waiter/waitress duties with precision, from bar upkeep to order taking.
• Showcase an exceptional understanding of cocktails, drinks, and coffee, coupled with a genuine passion for wine.
• Manage drink sales with a focus on delivering a premium experience.
• Contribute to rigorous stock control procedures.
• Embrace an open-minded approach to various duties, providing a comprehensive overview of bar operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, in alignment with our commitment to excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, drinks, coffee, and a sincere passion for wine.
• Experience in managing drink sales and maintaining strict stock control.
• An adaptable and open-minded attitude towards diverse responsibilities.
• Ability to work full-time as a waiter/waitress while overseeing the team.
