A dynamic, luxury and expanding brand in the booming city of Kampala is offering an exceptional opportunity to a Head Sommelier with excellent knowledge of Spirits and Cocktails. You will be responsible for opening of their next, and third outlet as well as assisting in the further expansion of the concept.
You will come from a 5* World Class background and a senior management level and will have dealt with high income nett worth clienente and understand the needs of this business from both a service and operational level.
Requirements:
Excellent Knowledge of Wines, Spirits and Cocktails (Certification Beneficial)
You will have international experience and exposure
Pre-opening experience would be advantageous
Excellent Managerial skills for:
You will need to be very strong on staff training on all products
Curating wine lists and menu development / pairing
Customer Service 5*****
Brand Development and awareness
Functions & Tasting Room set up
Sales and Marketing
Launching of new concepts
Training for all Beverage service staff
A senior level salary package will be discussed with you if you are shortlisted.
