Newly renovated wine farm in Elim, en route to the beautiful Cape Aghalhas is re-opening it’s doors in late November.
We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced head chef to take the reigns. At first, the restaurant will open doing very simple food like pizzas and burgers, but then it will change to 3 course dinners, so we are looking for a head chef with that high-end calibre!
Interviews will have to be done in person and NOT on Zoom so we are looking for a chef in the local area.
Initially accommodation is not on offer as the new staff accommodation is still being built, but it will be available from end of February.
