Our Client is looking for a Seasoned Head Chef for their Stylish, Contemporary Seafood Restaurant in Plettenberg Bay. The Restaurant offers stylish yet casual and Al Fresco dining
Requirements:
Creative with excellent food presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
Certification in professional cookery
Customer Orientation with a focus on quality culinary fare
Team Work & Cooperation
Impressive food portfolio as well as steady track record is an advantage.
At least (3-5) year’s relevant experience in a similar role as a Head chef.
Strong food costing background exposure would be advantageous.
Time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Results Orientated
Planning & Organising
Sound Business Communication Skills
Must have own transport and contactable references
