Head Chef – Private Game Reserve – Eastern Cape
Beautiful private game reserve with award winning lodges and villas in the Eastern Cape is looking for a talented chef to nurture and lead the kitchen team. The lodge offers breakfast, lunch, high teas, and a la carte dinners.
So are looking for a chef with excellent plating and presentation skills who is creative and guest-centric. Most important of all, however, will be your ability to work with the existing cooks in a kitchen where there is the respect shown and calm unflappable nature is required.
Depending on experience a salary of up to R25000 is offered with:
6 weeks on 2 weeks off
