Head Chef – Pre-opening Wine Estate – Paarl
Join the pre-opening of an exciting new wine estate in Paarl with a large F&B offering as the Head Chef working alongside a culinary consultant to pre-launch.
We are seeking a dynamic hands-on head chef who is able to do both fine-dining and casual dining, picnics and a high-volume 600 seater capacity without losing food quality.
You will be recruiting and managing a team of circa 20 other chefs. A strong knowledge of front of house operations would be beneficial but not essential.
Pre-opening experience is a very strong added advantage to your application.
You will have extensive experience in the setting up of all aspects of Kitchen operations, SOPs, staff planning, costings, and kitchen management.
