We are seeking a true “foodie” head chef with a passion for classical a la carte dining, using fresh ingredients to create simple yet culinary statement food in the heart of Cape Town’s tourist destinations.
Part of a large hotel group, the restaurant offering is a high-end casual dining concept with a busy bar for cocktails and sundowners.
Salary R25 000 pm
