Head Chef – Group of Hotels and Restaurants – Kenya
Our Client, a Group of Hotels and Restaurants on the coast of Kenya, is currently seeking the services of an experienced Head Chef to oversee the running of both their Hotel restaurants. These restaurants cater for both elevated fine dining as well as down to earth, homely, comfort food
Experience in running a kitchen;
Exceptional stock control knowledge;
Be creative in implementing and designing new menus for the restaurant according to seasonal availability.
Certification in professional cookery
Customer Orientation with a focus on quality culinary fare
Team Work & Cooperation
Impressive food portfolio as well as steady track record is an advantage.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent Planning & Organisational skills
Sound Business Communication Skills
