Head Chef – Fine Dining Restaurant – V&A Waterfront
Well established Fine Dining Restaurant is looking for a Head Chef to manage this 400 seater establishment. Some of their speciality dishes includes a range of seafood
Responsibilities:
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Diploma in Food Preparation and cooking
