Head Chef – Fine Dining Restaurant – Stellenbosch
Well established Fine Dining establishment is looking for a Head Chef to manage this 200 + seater!
You will need to be hands-on, ability to work under extreme pressure, strong character and working with 20 kitchen staff
Controlling and directing the food preparation process
Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Diploma in Food Preparation and cooking
