Our client is Looking for a Head Chef / Executive Chef for a Spectacular Luxury Lodge in Limpopo
Previous experience as Executive Chef/Head Chef 3/5 years.
Manage food wastage.
Excellent communication skills
Stock control & orders
Excellent hygiene standards
Ensure daily operations are done time effectively
Must be motivated and inspire/train other chefs.
Be able to advise, guide, train, develop and discipline chefs.
Must be able to perform all tasks at hand in the kitchen.
R17 000 – R22 000 – depending on experience.
Work schedule: 3 weeks work & 1 week off
Provident fund after 3-month probation
40% contribution on medical aid for the employee (Not family medical)
