Head Chef – Casual Dining Restaurant – Limerick Ireland
We are seeking an experienced head chef with high-end casual dining experience who can do up to 700 covers per day in a busy restaurant, part of an expanding brand in Limerick, Ireland.
Despite the fact that it is casual dining, the restaurant uses only the best quality local ingredients and expect cooking and plating to a world class level.
You will be responsible for the Limerick kitchen, but also overseeing the Cork City operation from time to time.
There is a set menu so you will not have to start from scratch, however, your opinion to introduce new dishes and specials will be well received by the owners.

We are seeking individuals who are looking at Ireland as a permanent move. You would have to relocate as a single on a work visa and then family can join after a period of 1 year.
We need your up-to-date CV, top 10 food pics and a recent photo of yourself.
Availability: 3 4 weeks as Irish visas move fast once they are approved.
You will need professional references showing a minimum of 5 years in a head chef position.
