A *5 Lodge Group is currently seeking an experienced Head Chef with previous Lodge experience to join their team in KZN!
Duties:
Maintain highest standards of hygiene
Will have to train junior chef in the kitchen
Stock controls and stock rotation
Responsible for all duties when Exec Chef is not present
Requirements:
3 years experience in a similar role
