5 Star Hotel in Cape Town looking for a Head Chef to manage multiple aspects of the kitchen operation as per operational requirements within the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Post qualification in professional cookery/
Customer Orientation hospitality with a focus on culinary would add as an advantage.
Team Work & Cooperation
Attention to detail
Impressive food portfolio as well as steady track record is an advantage.
At least (3-5) year’s relevant experience in a similar role as a Head chef.
Strong food costing background exposure would be advantageous.
Time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Planning & Organising
Sound Business Communication Skills
Computer literacy in the following;
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
