Join our clients luxury 5* Luxury Game Lodge in the Eastern Cape as an experienced guide. Conduct professional, personal, and unique guided game drives for international and local guests. Assist in various lodge management tasks to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Description:

As an experienced guide at our clients luxury 5* Game Lodge, you will be responsible for hosting guests throughout their lodge experience, from arrival to departure. Your duties will include efficient assistance with front-of-house admin, room checks to ensure housekeeping standards, coordinating daily menus with the kitchen team, and managing guest arrivals and departures. In the absence of the manager, you will maintain high service standards across all aspects of the lodge and assist in implementing company guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as a Field Guide in a similar lodge environment
• FGASA Level 1 qualification or higher with completed theory and practical components
• Registered with DEAT and THETA for qualifications improvement
• Valid First Aid certificate
• SASSETA Certificates (preferable)
• Valid code 8 Driver’s License with PDP
