Group Operation / Beverage Administrator – Casual Dining – Cape Town Central
This well known Group of Restaurants in Cape Town is looking for an Operations Manager / Beverage Administrator for the 3 well known outlets.
Duties will include:
-Working with suppliers for all stores
-Work closely with chefs and managers re: menu updates and costings
-Update menus for print – check quality of menus in store on a regular basis
-Look at invoicing / prices and compare to costing – update pricing and ensure website and socials are updated compiling all maintenance issues for the Ops Manager
-Checking for renewal of all certificates (Liquor Licenses / Business License/COA’s)
-Working with the IT department for websites and social media platforms
-Monitor daily cashups
-Dealing with customer complaints
-Ensure hygiene standards are maintained etc.
-Monitor and take corrective action to ensure that beverage costs are attained
-Ensure staff is delivering exceptional customer service
-Internal and external sales and marketing promotion activities
