General Manager – National Brand – Newlands
An excellent opportunity for an energetic & vibey General Manager who has at least 2 years experience working in a Casual Dining environment.
Requirements and responsibilities:
- Leadership ability
- High energy levels
- Good communication and people skills a must
- Staff management and training
- Front of house and kitchen
- Rostering
- Maintaining standards and service
- Knowledge of (GAAP) Computer package
- Shift and weekends non negotiable – days off will be in the week.
- 55 hour week, 6 days per week, 06h30 to 16h30
