An upmarket Restaurant, Bar and Nightclub in Cape Town are looking for a very dynamic and strong General Manager.
Mediterranean inspired 100 seater restaurant, private nightclub (members only + diners).
Working hours: 5 days per week (closed Sunday and Mondays – Tuesdays are admin / stock take days)
Nightclub closes at 2am (midnight on Wednesdays)
Candidate will be required to close the night club at 2am (with security in attendance)
Salary: R20k plus R10k On Target Earnings
