Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff across all departments.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel
• Maintain and enhance operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Resident of the North Coast area or willing to relocate.
• Previous experience in hospitality is essential; however, prior General Manager experience is not required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills and marketing acumen.
