We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to lead our clients prestigious 4-star hotel located in the vibrant city of Kampala. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Description:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the hotel, with a focus on achieving and exceeding financial targets and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence in hospitality.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, staff, and local authorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a reputable hotel, preferably within the 4-star category.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent financial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
• Demonstrated success in similar roles
