Front Office Manager – 5* Hotel – Seapoint

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Cape Town’s upmarket tourism location

. As the Front Office Manager, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing the front desk operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

Description:

– Supervise and lead the front office team to provide outstanding customer service.
– Manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
– Implement and maintain high standards of guest relations.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
– Train, motivate, and evaluate front office staff to uphold service excellence.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
– Proficient in hotel management software.
– Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities.

– Hospitality Management or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
