Front of House Manager – Wine Estate – Franschhoek

We are seeking an experienced manager with wine estate experience to run:

– Bistro

– Outdoor Terrace

– Picnics

– Wine Tasting Room

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager of the estate

Requirements:

It will be mainly daytime hours, but if dinners are required, a flexible mindset to working hours may be required.

You will also need to be strong on reporting and KPIs and running a small team of staff
